Niche Start-Up For Sale By Owner (FSBO) magazine is hiring a Sales
Team to promote and advertise its monthly publication.
The 8x10 full color
publication features FSBO listings and individuals in the Real
Estate Profession listings, products and services.
I’m looking to
put together an energetic, self-motivated, income producing team.
The job entails selling advertising space in the following categories:
auto, boats, businesses, homeowners, land and motorcycles as well
as individuals in the R. E. profession. You will be selling an
affordable and much needed service to both the For Sale By Owner
and those in the R. E. profession. You will have the opportunity
to generate online and offline sales (more sales, more income).
Please note the position
is commission based at 20% and you will be working as an Independent
Contractor. No benefits other than a generous bonus rewards system.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and
maintain advertising accounts
• Provide leads and develop new leads
• Generate Sales
• Provide ongoing status reports
• Closing orders from time-to-time
